The export price of Chinese electrolytic manganese flakes flakes has declined.

Due to sluggish demand, the mainstream export price for electrolytic manganese flakes 99.7% min has dropped to $1,660-1,710/MT FOB China, down $20/MT from last week. Traders expect prices to linger at these lower levels in the coming days.

A trader in Chongqing revealed that they are quoting electrolytic manganese flakes 99.7% min at $1,680/MT FOB China, accepting concessions of up to $10/MT. Their most recent transaction was at the end of March, selling about 650 MT at $1,680/MT FOB China. The trader stated, "Since the beginning of April, demand for electrolytic manganese flakes flakes has become even weaker, so we haven't been able to close deals as frequently as before." They hold a pessimistic view of the market outlook.

This trader expects to sell around 1,250 MT this month, a decrease of 250 MT compared to last month, and they currently have no inventory.

A trader in Sichuan disclosed that they are quoting electrolytic manganese flakes 99.7% min at $1,680/MT FOB China, with a sales price acceptance of $1,670/MT. Their most recent transaction was last week, selling about 200 MT at $1,680/MT FOB China. The trader remarked, "Given the continued lack of global demand for electrolytic manganese flakes flakes, we need to get used to the current low prices." They expect prices to remain low in the coming days.

This trader's monthly trade volume is approximately 500 MT, and they currently have no inventory.
